Ken Dunham

Ken DunhamKen practices civil and criminal litigation at Chiarelli Cramer Witteveen. His practice includes civil litigation in the fields of commercial and contractual disputes, civil remedies for white-collar crime (e.g. fraud, embezzlement & bribery), employment law, construction liens / disputes, real estate litigation, estates litigation, professional malpractice, and insurance disputes.

Ken also serves as criminal and quasi-criminal (e.g. POA, zoning, by-law) defence counsel to our clients, and has acted as a municipal prosecutor. He has law enforcement experience and past service as a probation officer.

Ken has consulted for a number of international companies with regard to corporate compliance and white-collar crimes such as bribery, corruption, and fraud. Ken is an experienced investigator and can provide confidential, independent investigations in response to allegations of corporate wrongdoing or workplace issues.

Ken holds an International Baccalaureate from Pearson College United World College, a BA from the University of Winnipeg, an MBA from Cornell University, a JD cum laude from the University of Ottawa, and a Certificate in Organizational Values and Ethics from Carleton University.

Ken served for six years on the Board of Trustees of Pearson College, including stints on the Executive Committee, chair of the Governance Committee, and chair of the Academic & Student Life Committee.
